OK, this sounds a little out of the blue but I have a serious issue sleeping at night. No amount of pills or tranquilizers or sedatives or soothing balms or aromatherapy oils work for me. Once my mother advised that I take a relaxing bath before coming to bed, but there’s absolutely no question of doing that. The next global conflict or third world war is going to happen over the issue of potable water, and I’m not a fool to waste water by taking a shower more than once a week. The mere thought of filling up a tub full of water makes me very uneasy. So apart from suggesting baths, or relaxing medication or aromatherapy bullshit or herbal tea, if anybody can suggest me a piratical cure for insomnia, I would be utterly indebted to you!
